Sommelier - Caviste - BC01 Élaborer une offre de vins - Techniques de dégustation de vin et oenologie (approches intuitive et géo-sensorielle)
Vous apprendrez à identifier les principaux profils de vins grâce à la dégustation intuitive et géo-sensorielle, vous découvrirez la relation entre le vin et ses terroirs, ainsi que les différentes étapes de l’élaboration d'un grand vin et d'un vin.
